Bobbie M Payne

Bobbie Marline Payne, age 54, of Duffield, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Faye Rogers; adoptive parents, Bud and Ida Vaughn; step-mother, Ethel Vaughn;  seven brothers, Clarence Vaughn, Errette Vaughn, Claude Vaughn, Jerry Vaughn, Herman Vaughn, Patrick Mowell, Emory Mowell; three sisters, Sue Burton, Marie Ramey, Leona Bentley.  She is survived by her father, Leonard Vaughn; one daughter, Amber Payne (Derek Lane); one brother, Lewis Allen (Edna); three sisters, Debbie Egan (Jay), Linda Bentley (Phil), Elizabeth Reed; three grandchildren, Layla Payne, Lilly Payne, Athea Lane.  Bobbie enjoyed spending time on social media and visiting with her daughter and her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed make-up and was considered a good cook by friends and family.  She will be missed by all those who knew her and loved her.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 4 PM at Grogan Park, 203 Park Drive, Gate City, Virginia, 24251.
